I worked with the Brain Changes Initiative to help leverage their mission to improve the standard of care for Traumatic Brain Injury survivors through Brain Gains: Run for Neurogenesis.
I led community engagement for upcoming campaigns, created tailored content for websites, print and social media, while organizing events to generate buzz. I built and maintained strong relationships with businesses and healthcare professionals, leveraging strategic partnerships to enhance event success and increase visibility across diverse communities.
The goal was to increase Striation 6's community visibility, strengthen customer retention, and drive local engagement.
I developed and managed a strategic partnership between Striation 6 and Toronto City Rugby, supporting community engagement and customer retention initiatives. As the U14 and U16 teams prepared for an upcoming international tournament, they visited Striation 6 for specialized cross-training sessions, including a high-energy wrestling class that challenged and engaged the athletes.
This collaboration increasing brand visibility within the local sports community, driving repeat visits from athletes and families, and creating new opportunities for partnerships with other local sports organizations.
The goal was to increase community awareness and funds to enhance the quality of life for individuals affected by acquired brain injuries
I developed and executed annual fundraising events and community outreach initiatives, resulting in a 5% increase in funds raised in 2025 compared to 2024. These efforts also strengthened community engagement and expanded awareness of the organization's mission and impact.
